[SOLVED] Holocaust victims

In looking back at the Holocaust, historians have noted that while some groups risked their lives to rescue Holocaust victims, including the Allied troops who ultimately liberated the death camps, other groups were reluctant to intervene on behalf of the victims.
Choose one of these two kinds of groups, either those who acted to help the victims of the Holocaust or those who did not, and gather research about the topic. You may use the Internet, books, or other resources to gather information. Then, write a well-developed essay in which you present the information. Why do you think the group you researched acted as it did?
